Legal Information

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for the UPTCL T10 Season 2026 trials.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or registering for trials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register or participate in any UPTCL T10 events.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a player inside UPTCL, you must be a minimum of 16 years of age at the time of registration. Players under 18 years of age must acquire parental or legal guardian authorization before attending open trials. Valid proof of age (Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate, or School Leaving Certificate) is mandatory during on-ground trial verifications.

3. Registration Fees & Payment Terms

The official registration fee for UPTCL Season 2026 trials is ₹1,799 (inclusive of taxes). This fee covers on-field trial participation, scouting evaluations, administrative costs, and official trial jerseys. All registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except in scenarios where UPTCL officially cancels the trial event in your selected zone. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

4. Trial Conduct & Attendance

Players must arrive at their designated trial ground at least 45 minutes before the scheduled time. UPTCL is not responsible for trials missed due to late attendance. All players must conduct themselves professionally. Use of abusive language, misconduct with selectors, or property damage at trial grounds will lead to immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from the league.

5. Selection & Franchise Drafts

Completing trials does not guarantee franchise selection, contracting, or tournament playing time. Selector decisions on trials grading and auction shortlists are final and binding. Shortlisted players will enter the official UPTCL Season 2026 draft/auction where franchises will acquire players under official league contracts.

6. Liability & Medical Indemnity

Cricket is a physically demanding sport. UPTCL, its organizers, ground operators, and sponsors are not liable for any injuries, medical emergencies, or health complications sustained by players during open trials, training sessions, or tournament matches. Players must carry their personal medical insurance, and attendance at trials is at the player's own risk.
